How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link. The link is valid for one hour.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Account, and tap Delete account. This removes your profile, quiz answers, and session history immediately. Some billing records may persist as required by law — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Can I change my email address?

Email info@columnam.com from your current address and we will update it for you.

Sessions

A session did not save. What happened?

Sessions save when you tap End session. If the app closes before you do that — due to a crash or force-quit — the session is not recorded. If this happens repeatedly, email us with your device model and iOS version.

Why does my focus time look lower than I expected?

Columnam records actual focus time — the duration your attention held before the session ended or you left the app. It does not record intended time. A 25-minute session where you left the app at minute 14 records as 14 minutes.

How are phone pickups counted?

A pickup is counted each time your screen turns on while a focus session is running. The count is stored with that session and shown in your session detail. It is never shared with other users.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tapManage subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tapManage subscription. You can request a refund from there.

Data and privacy

What data does Columnam collect?

See the Privacy Policy for a full breakdown. In short: account info, your quiz answers, session data (duration, goal, pickups), and — if you choose to use it — community content you post.

How do I request a copy of my data?

Email info@columnam.com from the address on your account. We will send you an export within 30 days.

Does Columnam sell my data?

No. We do not sell personal data and we do not use session history or quiz answers for advertising.
